From LotR: Orthanc, Ithil (as in Minas Ithil or the Ithil-stone), Elbereth, and Brandywine.

My absolute favorites are from other the Silmarillion: Elwing, Feanor, his son Curufin, Sirion, Maedhros, Idril, and Luthien.

Barad Dur is great... sounds really scary as it should. Ered Gorgoroth (the mountains of terror) sounds also great.
