The Sorcerer does not need Simulacrum to cast at the same level for him. That is what Project Image is for, and Project Images can melee too, kudos to Alson for that.

The Sorcerer can also do the four PIs trick, and still cast faster and more than the Wild Mage because he does not get the limitations of Limited Wish. This is not a slight to the Wild Mage though, as I also agree that they are very powerful.

let us just all agree that in a 1on1 mono y mono battle mage(kensi or not) vs. Sorcerer both like level say... 20 the sorcerer would win

Still .. to add to the wild mage's honour.. although the wild mage might have to cast a CC,-which casts pretty fast-, he wins time by not having to cast Improved Alacrity ( inherent to a dweomer ). And ultimately a wild mage can cast:
-Simulacrum
-PI + CC-3 PI's
-4 PI's casting simulacrum

9 Wild mages at full power all at the same time

And I'm not even thinking about 3d generation clones now [img]tongue.gif[/img]
