Hmm... other than the AI changes, when do the first other changes implemented kick in, such as the stuff with Irenicus and Bodhi?

I've replayed the game with new mod and till the "Balthazar part" there are no apparent changes. However, the end battle is *completely* different now (much better and fitting imo).

Spoiler...

I really had a blast when Balthazar kept tearing through the enemy lines while protected from Timestop with his Lunar Stance disicpline. Just wish my PC monk could get those abilities, which show up as a script line over their head...

Shadowless Kick!

Some dialogue changes with Sarevok, Imoen etc. kick in earlier as the scripting now has a time factor included.

The Irenicus/Bodhi stuff happens at the end, in the Throne of Bhaal. That's why it's called Ascension.

Yeah, I'm playing it and have only noticed one little bit of dialog change. Haven't made it past Watcher's Keep/ Sendai. (Sigh) I should be playing now, but I lost my motivation in Watcher's Keep, as usual. I should just leave and go back to Sendai's. I hear it's one of the high points of the game. But here I sit at IW. C'mon, Galadria! Hmmm, I wonder who's over at Cloudy's and the ORT.

How on earth are you meant to defeat all the five at once? I loaded up from my final save so Balthazar is there too. Irenicus and the demons were easy enough but the five just spank me everytime. They do so many different things between them it's hard to find a good tactic. Sendai keeps turning invisible then teleports around the room before casting timestop so Balth can smack me around while I'm defenceless. Even Illesara is a challenge now. The only way I can get past them is with the almighty Ctrl Y power. I really like the interactions with Bodhi though.

I tried them again and this time I got to lay the smackdown on them. I didn't use many summonings though, just several big ones- an elemental prince, a Planetar and a juggernaut golem. Did you find that you had to kill them in a particular order. I found that I couldn't really hurt Yaga Shura at all until after I'd killed Illessara. I really like all the new end credits, they're more detailed now.
