Morgie, Morgie, Morgie!

As a way of saying thanks for toting my sorry character unconcious through the Shadow Tower all these months, I thought I'd have Senora stab you. *grins*

Tough work, but someone's gotta do it!

Why does that remind me of a girl I dated about a year before I met RevRuby... *shrugs* oh well.

Witch?? A little innocent stabbing and SUDDENLY I'm a witch! :0P Now I've even got the paladin calling Senora a witch! lol the name follows her wherever she goes!!

Two days a week I take my kids to the school to take classes and today is one of those days, so I won't be posting until this evening unless I manage to snag a computer there at a time when the baby is sleeping. :0) So, expect my post sometime this evening.

Updated the HP post again to reflect everyone's current status.

Re stoneskin in the "gaming rules" post (first post of this thread), perhaps working it something like the 3e version, where it will absorb a set number of HP's of damage and any attack powerful enough to go over the cap (20hp IIRC) would end the spell after absorbing the 20 damage regardless of how many hp's are left in the spell... perhaps with a bonus to blunt weapons as they would have a slightly easier time cracking that nut...

Morg: Plaxica has been determined to be a level 8 fighter/level 4 ranger. His exact HP is still a subject to discussion, so I'll let you know once it is decided.

Thanks for keeping up with that for me, Morgie. I'll let Cyril take that one about the Stoneskin. I am fine either way.

Morgie: Your PM box is full. Therefore, I'll post your sword's stats here, from what Cyril approved. Let me know if it is all there.

Reaper's sword:
* can grow in power as its wielder grows in evil.
* +4 enchantment and each successful hit drains 1 point of wisdom from the victim; no save.
* Against a lawful good opponent, each hit requires the victim to save vs. wisdom -- thus progressively worse saves -- or be subject to a magic jar from the night hag in the sword.

How about some nightmares associated with the wisdom drain, and a temp. con. drain each day the nightmares occur (save vs. con. to end nightmares) then 1 day per point of con. to regain it for lawful good characters, the wisdom drain and nightmares are permanent pending exorcism and restoration - I like a one day per point, plus nightmares for everyone else. The nightmares can be ended by an atonement spell, cast by an 18th level LG priest.

Let’s toss in one more ability - the wielder can become ethereal short duration once or twice a week to start - becoming more frequent and longer as he grows in power and evil as sharing in the night hag's native ability.
