Turgon catches the ring, before sending a Magic Missile and a Fireball at the Drow.
"I guess that more than a simple Identify-spell will unlock this rings secrets", he says. "If you don't mind, I would like to study it closer. If I ever get the opportunity, that is." He sends another Magic Missile at a Drow.

A Drow arrow flies into the tavern and splits Dagorion's ale mug. Angry now the dwarf races out of the tavern with his greataxe in hand and begind carging towards the Drow army.

"Take it easy my friend" Turgon says, as the angry Dwarf runs past him. He casts a Protection from Evil-spell on Dagorion, before he goes back to his spell-bombardment at the Drow.
Seeing as it won't help taking out one and one, Turgon casts a Web-spell in the middle of the Drow army, followed by a Spider Spawn.
"That should keep them busy for a while", he says, and runs over to Shadow. "What should we do now?"

Shadow scratches his head, "If I didn't have so much valuables stashed around here I would abandon the city. But for now the best idea is probably to return whatever the artifact is."

"You know, Tahl'Zair never answered my question as to from whom he got it. Not that this ring looks Drow, rather old Elvish, but still...
I suggest we bring Tahl'Zair down here, and make him answer about the ring."

Shadow stretches his hand out, "Could I have a look at that thing?"

"Oh, ofcourse", Turgon replies, and hands the ring over to Shadow.

Dagorion races towards the Drow still bellowing but gets distraced when he notices another tavern and once again goes to get drunk.

Shadow smiles and puts the ring on, "Lets see what this thing can do."

He points his hand at one of the drow "Estra Dominios" He laughs as the drow turns into a sheep. "Now this could be useful."

He tries again, "Estra Gomine" and watches a drow turn into a butterfly.

"One last try and then you can have it back." He points his hand out again "Estre Lafurma" and much to Shadow's horrer one of the Drow grows to 5 times its original size.

"Err... maybe that wasn't such a good idea after all..." He quickly takes off the ring and gives it to Turgon.

"Oh dear God, you sure know how to mess things up, don't you?", Turgon replies, and puts the ring on his finger. "Estra - umm... Shrinkus?" he says, pointing his finger at the large Drow, who is ready to crush the gate at any time. With little effect.
"Alright, let's do this in the old-fashioned way." A Melf's Acid Arrow suddenly hits the giant Drow in the eye, followed by a Fire Arrow in it's guts. The Drow falls down, smashing atleast four other Drow. "I think I'll be keeping this from now on."
