Just curious: When did any of them see my PC in the buff? I refused to sleep with Phaere, and I can't remember when either of the others would have seen me nekkid.

Great quiz, thanks a lot!
If you play a male PC, you can sleep with Phaere. If you play a female PC you can sleep with Anomen. In BG1, one of the monks tells a story about CHARNAME as a child, who apparently stripped off all her/his clothes when Khelben Blackstaff was visiting Candlekeep, and stole Khelben's cloak and made a little toga out of it.
But... my protagonist isn't female, and didn't sleep w/ Phaere. Shouldn't the correct answer be "All the others have the possibility of seeing the PC in the buff"? B/C none of them, save Khelben ever laid eyes on my little dwarf!

Since it is a BG2 quiz the whole "Khelben Blackstaff saw you nekkid as told in BG1" isn't fair.

I agree. Questions that draw on knowledge from other games should specify that fact. And speaking of the "Candlekeep NPCs who show up in BG2" question, Belt was never in Candlekeep--but "Koveras" was. And Gorion pops up in a SoA dream sequence, and again in ToB, if you're counting that. (But I'm an idiot for forgetting Shank and Carbos).

Personally, I answered Elminster for #3, simply because he's the only one on the list who has his own avatar--and a darn well-dressed one, to boot!

You are right about Belt. My mistake completely. Fortunately, no one put that down so I don't have to redo all the scores.
I didn't count the dream sequence appearences, because it's not actually the person who appears in the dream, only CHARNAME's memory of them. Sarevok's only appearence in SoA is as a test in hell...

Although Sarevok remembers this when you bring him back to life in ToB, I wasn't entirely sure if this counts as him being in the game. I didn't penalise points for Gorion or Sarevok, so it doesn't matter too much.
Question 3 was just a bit of a joke, but I admit it was slightly underhanded to include an obscure BG1 reference. I hope you enjoyed the quiz in spite of these slight errors.

Meg:

In actuality, the highest STR you can have is 21, and I said so.

Half-Orc + Draw Upon Holy Might

If you were just looking for the number 19, then why did you use the adjective 'highest'?

So what gives?

The highest strength is actually 25.

Barbarian with 18 strength uses barb rage (+4 str) and DUHM (special ability, +3 str I think) which is enough to put him at 25.

I think your question "who is the odd one out" is too vague because there are multiple answers possible.

Wouldn't Aerie have a chance at seeing CHARNAME in the buff?

(am I obsessed with naked protagonists? do I need outside help? )

The thing is it says "BG2 mini-quiz", it doesn't say anything about BG1, and yet you asked some questions about it, which in my case i don't have and i couldn't know the answer to some of those questions. The quiz wasn't that good, it had mistakes and some questions weren't clear, there were multiple answers to some of them. Also, what in the hell are the Kinks, a music band? Never heard of them. And if it hasn't anything to do about BG2 then the tiebraker question is uselles. The persons who got a higher score either have and played BG1, they understood the questions better, they were lucky and/or have a bigger knowledge of the game, having played for many many years (like 3-5 years). When i only played BG2 for 2 years.

That's the point though. These types of quizzes are meant to test your trivial knowledge of BG. People that have been playing the game longer usually have a better chance of getting more quesitons.

If she says there are multiple answers to questions, and there are, then what difference does it make?
