stealth cape, oberon's graves, doll's gloves, dead frog

Ok i have these 4 items but no one in my party can use them.

stealth cape gives u a plus 20 in stealth
i have a monk and ninja who could use moew stealth.
but they cant wear the cape, no one can.

Oberon's graves i got pretty early in the game but no one has ever been able to equip them. Who is Oberon by the way.

I have 2 fairies, a ninja and a bishop.
Yet they cant equip the gloves either.

Ohh and did anyone ever figure out what the dead frog was for.

Oberon's greaves, I believe are for the Bard only. I have no idea who Oberon is. If you right click on any item in your inventory, you can view which classes and races can use each item. the left column displays this info by picture or icon, and the two buttons at the top of that left column, will toggle between class and race.

Someone at Sir-Tech is a Shakespeare fan. Oberon, Puck, Caliban, Mercutio, etc. are all characters in Shakespearean plays. Why use them? Because Shakespeare is often called the BARD of Avon

I love it when designers get cute.

i just read shakespeare's Mightsummernightdream. There is Oberon, a fairy king and Puck his small slave..a devil or s.th. like that..
by the way..the doll stuff is very good for fairies..and i wouldn't take 2 fairies cause you dont find enough armor for both, even one is hard.

If one of the fairies is a Ninja, though, having 2 is okay since Ninja don't get to use the Zynaryx (sp?) plate anyways. Then you only really need to provide for 1 Fairie.

My faerie ninja is doing fine with her ninja armor (+3). There is also Zynaryx plate armor (mid-game) and the doll clothes (late game) available. Faeries also get natural base point armor class bonuses as you go along, especially if you build up their speed. My little warrior has an armor class of 20 with only +3 armor. She also has snake speed, but not great dex (60+) or vitality (70+).

my ninja is fine AC wise, she has about an AC of 27. Ive given her the canzeou robe and helm.
I was surprised that a fairy ninja could wear that.

But how bout my fairy bishop why cant he wear the doll gloves.
