I gave the Dragon Arrow to Torin, and noticed when I hit trade that I could buy it back for about 750GP. Should I go back and get it?

You definietly want a dragon arrow. When you get a ranger with flechery he can make more. Mine is turning out dragon arrows with 8 damage blessings, they sell for 15000+ gp each. Money is no problem now.
