In a word - NO.

If you do buy it, get the DVD. I have a friend who got it and says there are like 8 scenes cut out. Scenes which explain the movie a lot better.

I own the movie, only because I bought it for $5.00. It is not the best movie, but there were some things I liked about it. It is still entertaining...but the people that made it ruined alot. Also, the acting lacks seriously.

I thought the acting was the worst part. It seriously sucked. The people just did not have any talent..or they were not into the job either way it stunk!

I have to agree with MagiK, the acting was the worst...

The sfx and settings were ok, but the acting put a serious crimp on things.

Alright....Seriously, now....

HOW MANY THREADS HAVE WE HAD ABOUT THE D&D MOVIE, PEOPLE?
Your would need a FRIGGIN CALCULATOR to add up all of the threads this movie has started....The movie had a few good parts and a LOT of bad parts... The deleted scenes were deleted for a reason, Timber...they would have made the movie worse, and that would have been an unbelievably BAD thing...Did you see the "Alternate" ending?... *Blech*

If you can find the DVD in the bargin bin for under $6, then go for it, otherwise, dont touch it with a 39 1/2 ft. pole...

This movie is not worth wasting the time out of your life it would take for you to watch it. After I saw it I really wanted to write a letter to the makers and ask for the hour and 20 minutes of my life back. This is undoubtably one of the worst films to ever be made.

I made the mistake of buying this on DVD and more than a year later it is firmly entrenched at the bottom of my DVD collection and has not been watched since that first, horrid viewing. This film is terrible, the acting is a joke and the storyline is ridiculous.

Special effects were okay, acting was bad. I would never buy this movie.
