Default Star Wars: The Old Republic

There's an E3 trailer cinematic for this game on gametrailers.com (noticed it on the ctrlaltdeleteonline site), and it is AMAZING!!!! As stated in the caption on their site, it is better than all three of the new star wars movies together! If this game is anywhere near as exciting as that trailer, I may have found a new addiction - once it is released, of course.

I'm really looking forward to this game too, although I don't follow the trailers and all that. Once I know I want a game I stop following until it comes out.

It goes a lot faster when you just forget about until it comes out. :p

Dragon Age and Old Republic along with mass Effect 2 are going to be my games of the year, I'm pretty sure.

Of course it won't be as amazing as the trailer, simply because that sort of thing wouldn't work in an MMO.

That said, once again we find a lack of creative direction in Bioware's writing/design. Did anyone notice the Sith Lord seemed like a cross between Malak and Vader? Nothing new or creative there. And what about the starships at the end? Didn't they look a lot like the Empire day ships? Nothing creative there. And to make matters worse it doesn't even make sense, somehow those ships look a lot like from a time 4000+ years in the future, even if in between they look a lot different.

And you just know combat is going to be standing next to your enemy and sometimes using a special ability like all those other MMO's. Grind grind grind.

I'll skip this one, and all the other Bioware nonsense, as I happily have been since BG2.
