First one -- pretty easy. I take the brain out by only looking at the first letter.

The first one is easy. As bungleau said you just look at the first letter and don't read the whole word. Or you can turn it upside down

First one is a real test, used to identify folks with color spotting issues. The second of which, is also real. It's part of a marksmen-ship trainer, where you must fully identify your front sight post. To clarify, think of the circle as the rear peep sight, standard on all M4/16 series, and the blinker as an unsteady hand attempting to align the sights. The illusion is created by.............

1) Quite easy. Just try to randomly look at the word, not taking in what it says (seeing them as 'shapes' rather than 'letters').
