The girls school sent us out a 13 pound turkey with all the fixings only bad thing is I am gonna have to cook it soon :/ but am happy because we still had not gotten our shopping done *blushes* seems we are last minute shoppers [img]graemlins/biglaugh.gif[/img] anyway, hope everyone has a happy holiday, and for those who do not celebrate it...I will eat enough turkey for you

Turkey is ALLVAIS to dry when i eat it any suggestion how to make it not so dry Stormy?

coat it in butter then cover it when cooking it with foil or a brown paper bag.
