Graphics: 9.2/10
Gameplay: 10/10 Sound: 9/10 Replay Value: 10/10 Difficulty: 8/10 Overall: 10/10 It's a very good game. The only real flaw was that it was a bit too easy. ------------------ Lord of the RaBid Fruit Trees. ChAos rules all! Bwahahahaha... [This message has been edited by Encard (edited 09-01-2001).] |

I'm an another lazy too! The game is GREAT but can be better with a voodoo 3d support. Even without 3d animations and acceleration it's %98 rating game.

Graphics: 9/10 -- very nice but could have been a little better
Gameplay: 9/10 -- the constant pausing was kinda hard to get used to Sound: 9/10 -- not enough sounds in my opinion Replay Value: 10/10 -- so many classes and parties to play! Difficulty: 9/10 -- not TOO hard, but the learning curve is very steep Overall: 10/10 -- overall, a very good game |

I'm enjoying reading some of these responses that use an "8" or "9" out of 10 for their response to the difficulty question, but then say, game was kind of easy...

I'll keep it simple. A solid "A" grade.

I personally believe that the BG series in general are hands down the best games i have ever played. Sure, they might not be perfect, but they are nonetheless kings of the crpg world.
the only problem that has kind of bugged me ever since the beginning is the lack of options when it comes to the appearance of the paper doll and the onscreen character. i think that they should have put a little more time into adding many more appearance options, and maybe a few more normal looking hair colors as opposed to ugly bright blue and strange colors like that. they should have also added other options like giving your guy a beard, maybe a few different facial features....stuff like that. if these things were implemented, i know that BG's lasting appeal would be doubled for me. |
