This may sound like a silly question, but I don't know how you do it. How do you take screenshots from the game, and what directory are they stored in once taken?

Press the "Print Scrn/SysRq" Button, it should be next to the Scroll lock, above Insert. You shoulkd be able to find where they are saved easily, just look in your BG directory.

Actually, using the Print Scr button only saves the image to the clipboard as a bitmap. You have to paste it into a graphic editor such as MS Paint or Paint Shop Pro.
If you have Paint Shop Pro, you can turn Capture on before starting the game and do multiple screenshots with a predecided key (like F12, but you wouldn't use that because it's used by the game itself). There are other 3rd-party utilities on the Internet that allow you to take screenshots. Do a search on "screen capture" at http://www.thefreesite.com/ Good luck! ------------------ |

hmm. the easiest way is the print scrn button. then open the scrnshot folder and there they are in bitmap. open them with ms paint, but check the white square that shows is tiny. open the *image* controls, near file/edit/view.. then select *attributes* to shrink the white square(tiny is best, it will enlarge to exact fit automatically, ). choose open file, open your screenshot. edit if you want, then (from file) *save as* .jpg or .gif (from the drop down *save as type* box, which is the formats you must use to display on the web. its really easy, so have a go.

I think it's Control+PrintScreen keys, or actually it might be Alt+PrintScreen. This puts an image in the BGII/ScrnShot directory.
