Basic Questions

Hi! I have stumbled upon a few simple questions along the game, and I hope someone can answer them for me

1. I did the Mon the Schulz quest in the first town for the Clan of Three Swords, and went back and received my reward...but my guild level did not go up...is it supposed to go up after each clan quest, or do I need to do a few to go up a level ( all my characters are still lvl 1 guild members )

2. To go to Ishad'Na ( to upgrade my thief ), do I have to finish off the Crypt/Mavin Sword quest first? If not, how do I get there ( just give me the general directions )...I have tried travelling as far as possible but always end up near a river/body of water everywhere I go...And can someone give me specific direction to the toad village??

Your guild level should have gone up - did you WAIT for the NPC to finish talking?? If you don't wait, you don't get credit - try going back to the armory and see if he'll start his "completed quest" routine. If he doesn't you may wish to restore your game.
You have to finish the crypt to get to Ishad N'ha - but you can get to the toad village - try swimming!

You will need to go through the crypt quest to get to the Tomb of Heroes and obtain the Signet ring from Nivius to pass through the Oracles cave into Ishad N'ha. They need to know you are the chosen one in order to let you pass.

Go up river to where it splits into two small creeks, you will find the toad village if you journey a short ways up them.

Mon the Sculz is not a "Level Up" quest; it's just for XP and to get you started. The first "level up" quest at the Warrior's Guild is the Toad Village quest, then the "Sword of Mastus" quest will get you to Level 3.

In the first town, each of the guilds has a "non-leveling" quest; I guess because when you join the guild, you're Level 1 automatically. They are:

Wizard Guild: Kill Tevik Trepon (the Serpent Evangelist) (2nd quest)
Warrior Guild: Kill Mon the Sculz (1st quest)
Priest Guild: Find the Ring of Saints (3rd quest)
