Minor Spoiler
- - - - - - - - - - I've just done the mountain area far east of Nashkel (mines exit) and a very rewarding experience it was too One thing - in the bottom-middle cave (with the revanent & the +2 dagger) it looked like there was another tunnel next door but i couldn't find an entrance anywhere or get into it anyone? (btw does find traps work for secret doors the sme in BG1 as BG2?) |

If you look after, you will see that the 'other' cave is actually one of the caves you already have visited. I guess that the developers put the caves on the same area map, just for the sake of convenience.

Indeed
And activating 'find traps' will help you locate hidden doors same as in BG2. |
