Possible Spoilers!
< < < < < < < < < < < < I heard that there were a few gems that I should save in SoA because they become useful in ToB. Is that true, and if it is which jewels? |

Reserve 6 Star Sapphires, 2 Rogue Stones, 1 Emerald, 1 King's Tear and 1 Diamond.
This is assuming you upgrade every single option involving gems. |

You'll need more than one kings tear.
And you left out the Ruby My count is the following: 6 Star Saphires 2 Rogue Stones 1 Diamond 1 Emerald 1 Ruby 2 Kings Tears |

Do not place too much faith in Game Banshee, there is no item that requires a Ruby to upgrade, but yes, you do need one more King's Tears, just recalled.

Hmmmm... let's see what other ingredients you may use,
Ring of Invisibility, Scroll of Invisibility, Scroll of Protection from Normal Weapons, Scroll of Improved Haste, Ring of Fire Protection, Anitdote Potion, anything else? |

Thanks for all of your help. I just wanted to know whether or not I actually have to have these items stored on my character before I play ToB or whether I can put them on a shelf at the adventurer's mart in SoA and come back to get them while playing ToB. Thanks.

So what your saying is that I have to have them on my character's actual (well, really fake) when I start ToB to have them there to upgrade different items? Thanks

You can either have them on you (bag of holding ) or store them in a chest in Watcher's Keep. Once you get the ToB, Watcher's Keep is still available to enter from your ToB world map.
