I just read Baldur's Gate, and now I'm really interested in reading FR books ^_^

Reccomendations?

Wow! Baulder's Gate has been rebuked as one of the worst FR novels! Don't worry about that, though...I own every single FR novel that exists.

As for what to read...I would suggest three main authors instead of a particular title...

* Elaine Cunningham
* Troy Denning
* R.A. Salvatore

These are the three main leaders in the FR novel industry. Depending on what your desire to read it, lemme explain a bit of what they have written.

Elaine is notorious for Elven history and specifics. Evermeet is a book that nobody should be without.

R.A. Salvatore has become popular with his Drizzt novels. There's ALOT of them.

Troy Denning used towrite some great all around fun to read novels. His most recent success has been the Return of the Archwizards trilogy.

Yeah FR can be a lot of fun, jsut try not to read anything written, or co writter but ed "uber" greenwood, and you will probably enjoy the Fr series a lot. You might want to read the books in the Harpers series. I have found a number of them to be quite good, also I would suggest reading the clerical quintet, that was also written by Salvadore if I am not mistaken, and are well done as well.

I've been wanting to read up on Drizzt a lot, to see what the big deal's all about heh ^_^

I found Baldur's Gate at Walden Books, btw.

And I've heard a lot of good from R.A Salvatore, I've seen his collection at the bookstore
