Very interesting and intriguing article. Not exactly sure how it will all pan out, our what will happen in the future.

Talking sure seems like a better approach to achieving peace and reducing nuclear proliferation than stand-offish gunpointing. It's not like we lose our ability to destroy them 100 times over by opening dialouge.
