I'm in the Underdark now and defeated Deirex. I have the wardstone for the Jae'lal estate but I can't defeat the guards inside.
I tried Time Stop followed by 2 Horrid wiltings but it doesn't seem to damage them much (it brings them to injured status at best).
When the guards go melee I'm dead in a couple of seconds.

My party = Me Swashbuckler/Mage lvl 11/16
Anomen fighter/cleric lvl 7/20
Jaheira druid fighter lvl 13/13
Minsc ranger lvl 15
Mazzy fighter lvl 15
Imoen mage thief lvl 12/7

Do any of you have some advice?

The other post wasn't finished yet (touched the wrong button, I think) so I deleted it

Summon Mountain Bears and Aerial Servants among the Drow soldiers, then Haste the summons. Enjoy the resulting carnage.

And elementals! Don't forget the elementals! Mordenkainen's sword works good too. Magic doesn't do much good against these creeps because they are Drow, and are thereby magic resistant. So summon a lot of creatures, and beef up your tanks with spells. That's about all you can do, unless you fill us a chain contingency with 3 Lower Resistance spells.

Oooo! One Drow becomes vulnerable, only 19 left to go. Your 2nd statement is true, just maul them with expendable summons.

Thanks.

I did it with skeleton warriors (those skeletons are real tough, they don't go down as soon as some elementals would do)
