I'll bring my computer to the shop tomorrow for reformat. but I don't want to replay my morrowind from scratch. so which files should I save? the save file folder only?

Copy your savegames to a diskette, that's what i always do. also copy your plugins.

The file you want to save is titled "Saves" you'll also want to save the "Data Files" if you have any plug ins or mods that you've added to your game.

save all the win zips that you down loaded for Morrowind and the patches to disk or diskett also.
