There are two class combos in particular that have very high BAB.
Fighter/Arcane Archer (feel free to take Wizard for the single level so you gain access to the True Strike spell, a bard level...

Essentially, what they did with the Arcane Archer in NWN was make the bonus function as a +tohit/+damage on your character. The arrows you fire are unaffected.
