Ok i'm making my way up the ranks of the Soubar miltia when i get mission asking me to find out if there is a spy in Soubar. I can't for the life of me complete this quest. Can someone post detailed instructions for completing it? I have no Soubar npcs(heard that can help).
ps normally i'd ask on teambg forums but they been down for a couple of days.
