What have I missed so far? (ready to enter swamp)

I've been up to see Bela (northern wilderness) and am ready to enter the Swamp.
Things I'm stuck on, or haven't used yet, are:

* Raw meat from croc pool (take back to the microwave in upper monestary?)

* Access denied to computers in upper monestary

* Hut doors sealed tight on the roads

* Tracking device in Arnika missing an item (I keep hearing about this Hologram in Arkania, but damned if I can find it.)

* Can't get into tower in Arnika

* Can't get into to the 'chosen one' room (with a chest, behind bamboo door) in Trynton trees

* Don't know what to use on a pedestal in Trynton trees (close to the above room)

* Haven't gotten to 7th bough (have petals and myst potion, can't use however)

* No discovered use for HLL silver ball (take back to barracks in Arnika?), empty bottles, ruined flight recorder, x ray chip, green box, silver panel, lightning rod (I don't have a gadg yet)

At this point I hate backtracking so I'd appreciate any out-and-out spoilers on what I've missed. (I'm compiling a short walkthrough on my site).

Dear Analander,

I think the HLL Silver Ball is used in the Lunar Control Center in Arnika. You have to take an elevator up one of the buildings and you'll see an indenture where the ball was ripped out.

Somewhere in Trynton, you'll find a blue marble...sorry, I forgot where, exactly. That opens the door to the fourth bough. (I kept having to wait til later to get in because of those deadly little sprites which were later replaced with wasps~whew!) Once inside, you'll enter an area with three doorways~go left...there are signs above each doorway telling you what that particular area beyond it when you see a magnifying glass instead of your usual cursor. Once inside the seventh boug, just have your favorite character use both the petals and the potion.

BTW...regarding the magnifying glass cursor...did you read the sign in front of the fountain in the center of Arnika?
