Ok, so it's Level 7 then. But you can scribe it though, right? Seems, if I remember right, that you can use it to make a weapon, right? So you have a source of making money then, right? Cause you can sell the item after you create it, right? So like, if I can cast two of them, then I could keep casting til I outfit the party, right? LOL Sounds like you guys have discovered the tomes everyone is looking for. It's just that it's a scroll now.

you can copy level nine spell if you want to take your charater into neverwinter nights or bg3 ( if they do one) or a expantion. back to which wish is best control over time.

You're starting NWN as level 1.
Also, you can wish for money anyway. No need to wish for multiple items.

the in game hints state that you can import your charater in nwn maybe (if it is bg maybe your have a level resction setting chosen.)

In the limited wish spell, you both must have a high int and wis. And why is Imoen and Nalia reaching those level 9 spells? hmmm....

About NPC's casting limited wish. Hmmm. I think anyone can use the scroll, just that depending on their stats, whether it will work or not.
