Agree with Six here. Light healing and Slow poison as abilities are REALLY useful cause your protagonist cast them VERY fast. Can really save some lives during battle.

Ok I agree with the healing ability but slow poison really didn't help me.

Yet! I am not sure were you are, but eventually even if you import into BGII slow poision will eventually save someones life. Of course there are plenty of antidotes (botteled kind) to go around so I guess you really can do without it.

Powerful DEAD god, DEAD god. A dead god who did spread himself a bit widely. Bear in mind - you get these for free. You COULD tap into your heritage and gain more power, but you haven't a clue how to do it and there isn't anyone who could really teach you...

True... these are relatively minor abilities for the child of a God, but then again, you get more & improved abilities as you level up, right? If you want some really cool abilities, you'll need to become more powerful than BGI allows...

In other words, just wait til you hit BGII & ToB - you're just learning to crawl now & complaining that you can't fly!

Yes, towards the end of TOB your character is practically a god himself. I won't say anything more on it, because I'm too damn lazy to type the word spoiler in caps. Or something. Just be patient, and fight hard.

I've just had a thought...what if my ToB mage met up with my BG one....heh, what a massacre

Training hard in BG pays off. There's a thin line between skilled and unskilled, and when you pass it you really have nearly nothing to worry about. Unless you go to Durlag's

Have you tried either Dave Gaider's 'Bhaalspawn Powers' mod, or the famed 'Ascension' mod for ToB? There's some REAL Bhaalspawn power in those.

No!!

I once had all the cool mods and stuff but my Windows 98 crashed .

Bye bye everything on the harddisc .

I need to find all the mods again . Just can't be bothered but I might find a link/links in here.
