I heard somewhere Renal Bloodscalp has boots of speed so maybe thats what Six of Spades is talking about, you'd have to kill Arkanis Gauth to get them though.

Close. It may have been from me that Zarr heard of the location of the third set, for he is correct. You can't kill Arkanis (except via INT Drain and possibly Level Drain), but there is at least 1 way to nullify most of the damage he causes you, giving you time to kill Renal. I have also heard that installing the patches and fixpacks will prevent Arkanis's appearing in Chapter 6 at all. Renal might disappear if you side with Bodhi, though, I've only tested this once.
