Heya..

Still about. Always lurking. Just waiting for a few more mods to come out to try.

Very excited about Six's proposed mods. Hope they come through sooner rather than later!!

Finally, few weeks ago, really got back to SOA-TOB after 2 Planescape: Torment runthroughs and one (and possible only) NWN 2 complete game.
This time, playing rogue-related characters for the first time and trying out Saerileth and Tashia. Currently, Kenasi-Thief/Saerileth in TOB, and Swashbuckler (later will be dualled to Fighter)/Tashia just out of Chateau Irencus. Kenasi->Thief is certainly unbalances the hell of the game, but the whole Tactics and other battle improved mods thing is to unbalance the game to begin with, and so for the "in-between" gamers such as I, guess the overall gaming experience isn't that cheesy~~ ("in-between" -- not be able to handle solo gaming and go beyond core difficulty, but indeed find the vanilla version too easy). Going rogue, aside from trying something new, with Tactics, detect illusion is one ability that's annoying not having~~
Too many mods may cause some problems indeed? -- both Saerileth and UB have quest-breaking bugs (key NPC no shows) and improved Bodhi becomes much too easy (not sure if it's because of too many mods or tweaks or it's revised in Tactics).
really like the improved summons mod -- summon becomes much more powerful and useful --> though Deva and Planetar become way too powerful; so now I basically just use Deva as mobile temple, casting restoration when needed.
certain pit fiend summoning Lich is just too much~~ the feedback text shows that pit fiend has killed the lich over and over before we get to fight them (others are ok as they only gate when hit before all buffed up)
there are many other things this time around...maybe later with spoiler...well, do we still need spoiler tag now?

I still love my idea of being able to play Avariel -- though there's no sub division for race in character building^_^

They had a cap at 3? Wow. That's the kind of information I would have died at hearing.

But not now.

Edit: Would this, perchance, include archers being able to wear Elven Chain? Logistically speaking, it kind of makes sense. I mean, if Rogues can do it.

I am also still here. And by 'still' I mean I've been here for years but only post like once or twice a year

Not too social of me, I know. But I still love the game and still come by here often to see whats up.

Obviously, you are not a golfer.
All Rangers learn the first 3 levels of Druid spells.

Archers and Stalkers, yes, Beast Masters still no. On the other hand, Beast Masters will be able to wear up to & including Full Plate, as long as it isn't made of metal.

Were all rangers capped at 3? Huh. Bards getting 6 levels of spells must have confused me, and switched 'em.

I though being made of metal was what plate mail was all about...
