Black Dragon

Thanks for all the hints in this matter. The party that I have is Minsc, Imone, Jahera,Amomen,Arie. My charectre is a ranger. Minsc is my strongest person in the party. I'm not far behind him then is Amomen. The ladies are the weakedt in the group. Minsc has 105hp and Arie has 67hps. I have tons of spells in there aresonal but nothing seems to work. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Yes this is the first dragon that I've had to fight just because I half to to get the treasure that I need. I even tryed to give him all my money and he took everything including my weapons and armor. Now thats not fair at all. Thank god that I quick saved before I did that. Any more hints would be a great help.Thanks agian for the help.

Well, if you're going to melee with the dragon using yourself, Minsc, and/or Anomen, spread them out to make sure the dragon's wing attack does minimal damage. Try and make sure Anomen stays alive, as his Raise Dead will be helpful if any of your group has the misfortune of dying. Use a lot of high level defense and attack spells, both to buff up your group and take down the dragon's stats. That's all the advice I have. Oh, have a lot of health potions handy

Nizidraman'yt (however you spell it) isn't that bad if you cast defensive spells before and raise some summons. He casts Plant Growth (like Jaheira's Entangle spell, but it causes damage) so try to get out of that. Get Aerie to pack a Spell Sequencer/Spell Trigger with Greater Malison and two Lower Resistances, and shoot that off at Nizzy, and have Jaheira cast Creeping Doom. Nizzy should be easier.

you need to dish the spells that can lower her magic resistance and dispell her magic protection first. after couple of lower resistance and breach, your offensive spells should work.
