like gorions scroll, and some of the other letters you cant sell, do i need to keep these items, or can i dump them, cause they take up valuable room?

Some are needed however. The ones that you get early are not needed. At least one later in the game is absolutly something you must keep with you.

Find a chest in an inn or tavern you frequent and use it to store things.

They'll be completely safe, and if you do happen to need something later you'll know exactly were it is.

Unless someone specifically stated you'll need them, you can just leave the scrolls behind. Part of the scrolls tell the story, others are purely for fun. Only a small number are linked to a quest.

But, like Ronn said, you can always put them in a container in, say, Beregost.

thx guys, i might use the container thing, i only asked because ive done this before in other games, dropped something i thought was rubbish, just to find that it was needed to advance the game along, thx again
