This is a very stupid question, but i can't seem to get into Oberon's Estate. No matter from which area i try to go in, i can't find the bloody door! Plz help me.

The estate is divided onto two maps! Half of it is at the southern tip of the Duchal Palace map (AR 0200--center, north) and the other half in on the northern side of the map just below it with the carnival and the old gate to the city (AR 0700--center). The door to the estate (it's a pink building) is on the map with the carnival.
