Y'all know that trick of starting a multi game and make all chars yourself, right? So does anyone know how i can get "sleep until healed" on? Hex editing??

Hex edit all you want, you might just hit it.
But more simply, save you game and copy in from BG2/mpsave to bg2/save - that way itll act in all ways like a single player game, but youll still have your custom characters.
