Meet my party: The Nukers:
PC - Sorcerer
Tashia - Sorceress
Kelsey - Sorcerer
Aerice - C/M
Edwin - Conjurer
Imoen - T/M

They're all around level 20.

My cousin Leslie fried Ponti's fat tale along with his ass.

How? Very simple. With such arsenal of spells impossible is nothing. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Tahia dispelled his protections with True Sight and CC: 3x RRoR.

He casted Time Stop and attacked him with SotM. After that he casted Spell Trigger (3x LR) and attacked with Skull Traps, Magic Missiles, Melf's Acid Arrows and ADHWs. Time Stop ended and he (Pontifex) died.

Sooooo where is Korgan now?!

Huh?

Oh one more thing. He never fogrot about his defense. No one lost a single hit point.

Nope, he drops the armour.

The thing to remember that because Pontigit is more-or-less a standalone mod, Cespy and Cromwell can't really upgrade this item.

As a result, he 'drops' armour.

As far as I know, Pontifex is unkillable (probably not by stat drain though, and he doesn't give any exp at all and drops all the stuff you would get anyway for doing the quest).

I thought Ira'kiou'dneg was immune to time stop. He should be at least... Also, Pontifex, if I recall correctly, gives you the boots of preserving (as well as the lillith amulets) before you fight Ira'kiou'dneg. He's wearing a helmet (no animation and undroppable though), ring o regen, another lillith ammy (might be undroppable too), the yellow dragon armor, and another pair of boots of speed.

This may be an older version of tactics though. If it is, well, I like my boots of speed better than the preserving ones...

He's also only got 35% MR, so two lower resistances pretty much covers it.

Xen, as far as I know that group can't kill Improved Faldorn without cheating... so there IS something impossible.

Not a single hit point Xen? What version of the mod are you playing? As I recall, Pontifex casts Time Stop immediately after turning into wyrm form, plus he let loose a barrage of Wing Buffets, about 5 in a round if I recall (on me anyway).
