Just went to buy ElfSong on Amazon.com since I can't find it locally.. I saw that they have 2 versions-the old one, and the new printing.. the old printing is cheaper, so I was wondering if they were both the same, or has the new printing added or changed anything in the story?

Thanks!!

If I am not mistaken, the old one will be a part of the Harpers 16 novel series.
The newer version is that Elaine took numbers 2,8,13, and I think 16 and is making a series of them together, called Songs and Swords. At least, that is what I have been led to believe, thus far.
Somebody back me on this...

They are the same book. The original was part of the Harpers series by TSR as Larry says. When WoTC bought TSR they rereleased the Elaine Cunningham books relating to Arilyn Moonblade, Danilo Thann and Elaith Craulnober as the Songs and Swords series with new cover art, etc. but the books are the same. They are a really cool series btw.

Hi all.

Does anyone know if there are any other books in the Songs and Swords set? I've got three so far.

Cheers

There are 2 more: Thornhold and Dream Spheres. Thornhold is very good. I can't find Dream Spheres.
