i'm tired of swapping SoA disks back and forth, and being on cd 3 or 4 and have to put cd 2 in to start SoA (with ToB installed) and then immediately have to put in the other cd! it's quite bothersome! does anyone know how to change from a recommended install to a full install without messing up the ToB part? ToB was a full install from the beginning. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that if you uninstall the game your saves will remain untouched.Then you can reinstall and start from where you had stopped.
Never tried this myself however since I always do full install!

Yes, the games are saved.
Otherwise, it isn't that hard to just copy the Saves and paste them to the desktop, jusst in case. |

thanx, but i also have TONS of patches, and i don't want to lose those, too. is there any way to copy the stuff off the disks onto the hard drive without uninstalling? what do i copy, what do i change, and where do i put it?

I was afraid of that too, when you uninstall SoA the custom patches, items and whatever are still there.
