npc quests... spoilers

ok many questu\ions this time in one thread /./...... happy?

i completed chapter 6 and done evrything tghere is to be done before going to soulandasellar(s/p?)... so i wanted before i go there to do all the npc quests of those npc who were not in my party...

questions:
1) i got cernd to do his quest... i heard that soon as you reach athkathla an old neighbour approaches and starts the quest... but that didnt happen... i went to cernds house and no ones there.... how do i start the quest... do i have to wait for some time to start it... if so if i just rest for a few days with cernd in my party will the quest start?? and how many days i have to rest like this?

2)i heard that if you have jan in your party a messengwer will come to tell him a child is sick, thus strating his quest... again do i have have to do anything specific or will simply resting for some days start it? how many days if so do i ahve to rest?

3)if i get the nether scroll for edwin how long do i have to wait for him to become a woman? how long do i have to wait for him to turn male again? again will simply resting away those days be enough??

4)mazzy,,, her siters lover is supposed to come to tell her shes sick... again, how long do i have to wait for this to start... do i have to do anything specific? or will simply resting be enough for the quest to start after some time??

5)an ogre is supposed to challenge mazzy outside copper coronet... but there is no one there? how come?

1) when I whent back whit cernad I didn't had to wait...
sometimes sleep a couple of days may be enouf to start the quest

1) Try resting a few days. Worked for me.

2) Again, try resting. I think I had Jan in my party for about 10 days before someone came to tell him the news.

3) Once you get the Nether Scroll, it should take about 3 ~ 4 days for him to decipher it. Once he's "Edwina", it should take about a week to 10 days for him to turn back. (cyber7 - Take Edwin to the Graveyard District. He will explain everything you need to know about the scroll. Well, almost everything. [img]smile.gif[/img] )

4) Try resting. Mazzy was in my party for about 6 days before someone came to fetch her.

5) This one I have no idea, considering the ogre was always there if I had Mazzy in my party, no matter how many times I played the game.
