BG2 & IWD2

The thiing is will icewind dale be better that baldurs gate 2? and on icewind dale 2 is it still all under ground instead of above groung? is it worth buying it? and is Drizzt in it?

Well the graphics of IWD2 will probably be as good as with BG2. But I think the story will be far less, mostly because there are no NPC's that will want to join you. Furthermore IWD2 will be based on AD&D Third Edition rules meaning that you will be able to create any type of class thinkable. e.g. Ranger/Mage (my favourite) this can be both cool and boring, we will have to see. Also I think it will be mainly Dungeon Crawling like IWD1 but I am not sure. What I do know is that Drizzt won't be there because he wasn't born at the time in which the adventures of IWD2 take place.

I do not think that IwD 2 will be as good as BG2, mainly because I didnt like IwD 1. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
But I do think that it will give BG2 a tough competition, because of the improved graphics and stuff. And it will probably also beat the current sale-records.
But if it gonna be better or not, I think will be up to the individual player, cause it will probably be pretty different from BG2, so you cant really look at- and judge them in one single class. [img]smile.gif[/img]
