Can someone please point me in the direction of the SotM? I read somewhere that it's in a hidden mage's chamber in the Bridge District, but I haven't been able to find it yet.

Close to the bottom of your screen you'll find a building with two doors on adjacent walls. I forget which door you want to go in.
SPOILER........................................... .............................. , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Both doors are trapped. Have your thief walk around the area detecting traps, and it'll light up like a Christmas light. Save before you go in either door, because both lead to quite a fight. You must have a rogue stone to get in one of the doors.
