Moving!

Well, about a month ago I sent off my transcripts to transfer from my hometown University of Calgary to the University of Acadia, in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. And today I got accepted! I'm really excited, but sort of nervous, since I'll be moving away from home. In any case, I'm looking forward to this next year.

Wolfville is about an hour away from Halifax, on the opposite side of the strip of land that is Nova Scotia. It's pretty much entirely a college town, and there really isn't much there besides the school. I'm going to continue my history degree (which I'm a little under 2 years into), with the continuing intention of getting into law school afterwards.

Anyways, just felt like sharing, I'm really pumped.

Congrats, True Moose! Now, only one question remains.... will you be able to get all the Flames games over there, or will you have to make do with something else?

Actually, my best friend has been at school in the maritimes for a couple of years, and he says that there are lots of attractive women, but also lots of bad teeth. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I don't know, LZ, I don't know. I can still get the radio feeds, but I'll miss all the games that aren't on national TV.
