well i had restart my game because of pc problems,, and i was sure that i got the last piece of the flail from torgal (troll) however i,m done with the dungeon and couldnt find it ,, minsc really needs this item ,says boo, thx for help,, dont want to spoil email me please

#One is on the ground floor hidden in a statue(or something) in the north west.

One is on glacius, a guard on the second floor

one is in a statue in the infamous "Golem Room"

Actually the method to obtain the last (fire) piece of the flail is rather illogical.

There is a big room behind a secret door, a kind of chapel or shrine. The room contains a bunch of golems and three statues. The statues contain several items. One of the items is the third head of the Flail of Ages. If you take anything but the flail head the golems will go hostile. Taking the flail head will not provoke any action.

This must be done before completing the quest (going outside after killing the Tor-Gal). Otherwise both the golems and the items will have vanished.
