Hmm i think you mean Charisma, right? A high Charisma value will give you sometimes more dialogue options with other Npcs and you will be able to buy things from merchants cheaper than usual.

I managed to kill them...
Thx for the input.
I managed to kill them without resting or summoning,
just locked one by one to me and then waited for critical hits;
stuning them didnt make a difference to their regeneration....
