Ok, I used the gamebanshee maps and got all the way through the Naga Temple east to free Valdane. According to the map, the only way I can get back to the west temple for the gas mask and the serpent sigil is passage A at door 11. I'ts locked and I can't find the lever to open it. Any suggestions?

Go look at Game Banshee's maps now (they've been updating them) CLICK HERE You'll see that you can get back to the western portion of the temple via room 1 Hope that helps! I did the fight with the major baddie here without the gas mask - lol!! Get the gas mask - that must make life a lot easier!  Wyv |

I think Wyvern's got the right answer for you. I found this dungeon a little tricky, since you have to line things up between the two map sections. Once you're past that, though, it's much easier.
